I cannot wait to get to know YOU! Relationships are at the heart of everything I do and everything I am. My husband and I have two amazing daughters. Emma is completing her senior year and headed off to college. We live on 2 acres in Oklahoma. Kat married Jack, the love of her life, in 2023 and they live close by. Family always comes first.

After teaching for 19 years, I came home to be fully present with my family. My husband joined me at home after almost 33 years in the airline industry. It brings us the greatest joy to help others with health and happiness while having the opportunity daily to make choices based on what we want to do instead of what we can afford. We know... the best is yet to come.
