I cannot wait to get to know YOU! Relationships are at the heart of everything I do and everything I am. My husband and I have two amazing daughters. Emma is completing her senior year and headed off to college. We live on 2 acres in Oklahoma. Kat married Jack, the love of her life, in 2023 and they live close by. Family always comes first.

After teaching for 19 years, I came home to be fully present with my family. My husband joined me at home after almost 33 years in the airline industry. It brings us the greatest joy to help others with health and happiness while having the opportunity daily to make choices based on what we want to do instead of what we can afford. We know... the best is yet to come.

In 2014, I went to the doctor AT LEAST every other month. I never felt good in my skin. I was OBSESSED with the number on the scale. I felt WAY older than my age. I drank massive amounts of sweet tea to stay "energized". I was so unhealthy and tired, struggling with multiple health issues. Once I started sharing, I quickly realized that God had answered my prayers for the way to use my gifts and serve others.

Then, it all changed when I made a small decision to pivot and invest in my health. Today, our lives look completely different. I am so so grateful.

8 1/2 years ago when I made the decision to start sharing what I found, Kristine was our Jewel and was offering an accountability call for those wanting to learn more. I quickly said yes, and never looked back. Because of her incredible leadership, her out of box thinking, no excuse mentality, hard work ethic, and love and passion to want the same for others no matter what level you are to her, I never missed any of her accountability groups, never missed a training she offered, took advantage of her one on one coaching and mentorship, doing everything she asked and because of her coaching and leadership we are a double jewel couple. I am a Sapphire & my husband, Brad Baird an Emerald. I am forever grateful for Kristine's selflessness and willingness to pour into others!!
